Refund policy

At The Spiritual Stag we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase for damaged or incorrect items. We sadly do not offer refunds for change on mind of purchases or on sale items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at thespiritualstag@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will be at the buyers expenses, shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have unfortunately received a damaged item you will need to send pictures of the state that the item/s have been delivered in, concerns with the item/s and email to thespiritualstag@gmail.com 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom ordered pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
As all our crystals are handpicked and unique we will not always be able to exchange items for another, in this case we can offer items similar or you will be offered a refund if applicable. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
